There are a few different ways for people groups to deal with evil and oppression. Two of the most common are through a resistance movement or a hopeless surrender to their oppressors. In the Exodus, the Hebrew people cried out to the Lord. And he listened to them! This week focuses on the COMING of the Lord to redeem (transfer ownership) from the power of evil and death to the hope of life in the age of freedom and peace.
